Read carefully the booking conditions and the general information, complete the booking form and post to the address on the booking form including a cheque for the deposit or total due as appropriate, unless requested to pay directly to the bank.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT  A completed and signed Booking Form and payment of the deposit of 25% of the total cost of the rental must be forwarded within 7 days of the agreed provisional booking being made, to confirm the booking.  If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the start date of the rental then full payment is immediately required.

BALANCE  The balance of the rental cost must be received at least 8 weeks before the start of the rental, unless we have received a written notice of cancellation.

CANCELLATION  If you wish to cancel your booking once a deposit or full payment has been made, we will require a letter signed by the person who signed the booking form. In the event of such a cancellation the following charges apply:

More than 8 weeks from receipt of written cancellation to start date    25% of rental cost

Less than 8 weeks from receipt of written cancellation to start date    100% of rental cost

SECURITY DEPOSIT  This is payable on arrival in Hossegor to my agent there. The amount of the deposit will be 305 (1 bed apartment) 380 (2 bed apartment) & 450 (3 bed apartment).  At the time of your departure the full amount will be returned to you less deductions made for any breakages, damage caused, settlement of heating accounts, cleaning charges.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Water and electricity are included in the rental price.  Heating is not included in the rental price.

Taxe de sejour is payable in Hossegor for rentals throughout the year and will cost 0.99 per day per person 13 years and over.

Rentals start between 1500hrs and 1800hrs on the start date. The apartment should be vacated between 0900hrs and 1000hrs on the last day.

Tenants are responsible for the provision of their own sheets, duvet covers (depending on apartment), pillowcases, towels and teatowels, although these may be hired from my agent.

Tenants are responsible for leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition, a cleaning charge of 90 (1bed), 90 (2bed), 100 (3bed) will be levied if the apartment is not left in impeccable condition.

If you use the heating system, the cost will be calculated on your departure and will be deducted from your security deposit.

On receipt of the balance of the rental cost, we will send you detailed information on how to reach the apartment, name and address of our local agent who holds the keys, and other relevant data.
